Return and Exchange Policy

FREE EXCHANGE POLICY 

1. All the First exchanges are Free Of Cost.
2. To start the exchange, please drop an email at humans@14b.in with your order id number within 7 days of the purchase. 
3. All exchanged items must be Unworn, Undamaged, and Unwashed with all original tags attached. 
4. All exchanges will undergo Quality Checks and then be accepted/declined by the quality check service team.
5. Exchanges can be made for only on a Different Size of the Original Product Ordered, just Once.
6. All exchanges are processed depending on the Product Availability. 
7. For Defective pieces please share images on humans@14b.in The query will be reviewed and Solved within 24 hours. 
8. Exchanges are processed within 7-10 days from the day the exchange has started. 

Cancellation/ Refund Policy 

1. Once the order is placed, it Cannot be cancelled. 
2. No Refunds are provided. You can exchange the product for free of cost.
3. Store Credit option can be provided as an option in case of returns.
